1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course purchase.
- The course must have less than 20% completion at the time of request.
- Live session courses may only be refunded before the first session begins.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:
- Course access exceeds 20%
- Certificate has been issued
- Promotional or discounted course purchases (unless otherwise stated)
- Downloadable content has been accessed
3. How to Request a Refund

- Course name
- Reason for the refund request
We process approved refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
