1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course purchase.
• The course must have less than 20% completion at the time of request.
• Live session courses may only be refunded before the first session begins.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:

• Course access exceeds 20%
• Certificate has been issued
• Promotional or discounted course purchases (unless otherwise stated)
• Downloadable content has been accessed

3. How to Request a Refund

• Course name
• Reason for the refund request

We process approved refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
